Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to purchases made from customers who reside in Arizona only. The sales tax rate for Arizona customers is 9.3%.

Shipping
Orders received by 1:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship the same day in most cases. We will make every attempt to ship orders the same day if received by 1:00 p.m. (PST), however, no guarantees are made. All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise. Any expected delays in shipping will be notified to the customer immediately.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

UPS 2-Day / $15 / 2 Business Days in the Continental US
UPS Next Day Saver / $29 / 1 Business Day in the Continental US
UPS 2-Day and Next Day orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. (PST) to ship the same day.

We will make every attempt to ship these orders the same day, however, no guarantees are made. All orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Any order which does not ship within 2 business days will be notified to the customer.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, please add $5.00 to prices above.

All international orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

International Shipping Policy
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, duties, and/or taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order which has NOT shipped. Any shipped order cannot be cancelled. EMAIL US WITH ONE DAY OF ORDERED WITH CANCELLATION NOTICE.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return website merchandise for any reason WITHIN 7 days of receipt. A company check will be mailed to buyer within 7 days after item is received and approved. PLS NOTE: RETURNS are accepted if merchandise is damaged or incorrect and a full refund will be credited back to customer. After 7 days, merchandise can not be returned.. MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. Merchandise which is returned in a condition deemed to be unsellable as new will receive a partial credit for exchange only. There is no restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases where we made an error.

ALL CREDITS will be by BUSINESS CHECK issued within 72 hours. Any defective item will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a full refund, full credit for exchange, or repair if applicable. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality.

Please note: We are not responsible for any damages to items that have been worn, altered or washed. However, we will do our best to accommodate and satisfy our customers to best of our ability.
